These Terms govern your use of the website operated by Aoyama Ledger Advisory (“we,” “us”) at connectivity-automationio.digital and any enquiry you submit through it regarding financial auditing services. By using the site, you accept these Terms.

Acceptance

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the site. Submitting an estimate request constitutes an offer to begin commercial discussion; it does not create an audit engagement until both parties sign an engagement letter.

Services described

Content on this site describes financial auditing and related professional services for informational purposes. Fee ranges are indicative only. Binding scope, fees, and deliverables appear solely in a signed engagement letter.

Intellectual property

Text, visual design, and downloadable materials on this site are owned by Aoyama Ledger Advisory or used under licence. You may not copy substantive content for commercial reuse without written permission. Working papers and auditor’s reports produced under an engagement remain subject to the engagement letter and applicable professional standards.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, submit false contact details, or use the enquiry form to send unlawful or harassing content.

Liability

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or reliance on general information published here. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Japanese law, including for wilful misconduct.

Professional liability arising from an accepted audit engagement is governed by the engagement letter and applicable auditing standards, not by these website Terms alone.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Courts with jurisdiction in Fukui Prefecture shall have competence over disputes arising from website use, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
